Wow, you've really got portraiture down. I'm envious. I keep on trying with faces and just haven't hit my stride with them yet.

Do you have any pointers or techniques that someone like me could try to improve their portraiture? I'd love to pick your brain. (Of course, for some it's just an innate gift, so maybe that's the case for you.)
